Lisa Zeidner is the author of five novels, most recently Love Bomb (Farrar, Straus & Giroux),an inventive, mordantly funny novel about love, marriage, stalkers, and the indignities of parenthood. Her other novels include Customs, Alexander Freed, Limited Partnerships and Layover, which is in development as a film and has been translated into six languages. She also has published two books of poetry,Talking Cure and Pocket Sundial, which won the Brittingham Prize in Poetry. She has also written screenplays for Universal Studios and Focus Features. Her fiction, poetry, essays, and reviews have appeared in GQ, Mademoiselle,The New York Times, Boulevard, Poetry, The Washington Post and other publications. Her creative nonfiction has been anthologized in Salon.com’s Life As WeKnow It and Tin House’sCooking and Stealing. She founded the MFA Program in Creative Writing at Rutgers University in Camden, NJ, where she is a Professor. Ms. Zeidner was final round judge of the Novella category of the 2013 William Faulkner – William Wisdom Creative Writing Competition.
