Ivan Mandich, a native of Croatia, moved to the United Sates after graduating from the University of Zagreb, Croatia. He also is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, class of 1978 with Masters degrees in both architecture and engineering. Active in practice in New Orleans and such other U.S. cities as Houston and Los Angeles, his projects take him all over world for planning, designing, and development, including the pursuit of new engineering inventions. He regularly participates in technical conferences worldwide, presenting technical papers, and is a periodic lecturer at Tulane. An accomplished pen and ink artist, he is an enthusiastic supporter of the city ‘s musical and arts organizations and has organized a number of arts forums featuring well known artists and architects and is a member of the Advisory Council of The Pirate ‘s Alley Faulkner Society
